However, you have full control—you can turn off auto-renewal at any time with a single click in your account's "Billing" settings. After canceling, you will still have access to all premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Upgrades (e.g., Basic to Pro): Changes take effect immediately. Our system will automatically calculate the unused value of your current billing cycle and prorate the difference at checkout.

Downgrades & Cancellations: Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will keep your current premium access until the cycle ends, after which your account will automatically switch to the selected lower tier or Free plan. Please note that no cash refunds are provided for downgrades.

Because you gain immediate access to highly proprietary market intelligence data upon subscribing, and intense server computing resources are consumed in real-time during your usage, we do not issue refunds of any kind (including partial refunds for downgrades or unused time on your subscription). AI Chat covers usage across two core scenarios: the "AI Page" and the "Website Widget". Our billing rule is straightforward: each question sent counts as one request and deducts 1 credit. The rule is: your maximum usage within any 3-day period cannot exceed 20% of your total monthly credits.
