What does 'Lifetime' exactly mean?
Lifetime means that as long as the OneK platform continues to operate, your account will never require any renewal fees. You are buying the 'Basic plan' access within our current system. Even if the monthly subscription price of the Basic plan doubles in the future, you can still use it for free forever.
Will I get future new features for free?
Yes! You will automatically and freely receive any new feature updates, algorithm upgrades, and UI iterations that we classify under the 'Basic' tier. However, if we introduce advanced features specifically designed for advanced multi-model matrices (which belong to the Pro tier) or team/enterprise collaboration (which belong to the Enterprise tier), those advanced benefits will not be included in this basic lifetime deal.
Can I upgrade to Pro or a custom plan at any time?
We apologize, but the Lifetime plan is a one-time buyout benefit and does not support any form of upgrades, downgrades, or transfers. If you wish to use advanced features like Pro or Enterprise, we recommend registering a new account with a different email address to subscribe. The lifetime benefits are strictly bound to the specific Basic account you are currently purchasing.
Why are there no refunds?
